House Tour

The property includes the main house as well as a self-contained casita:

Main House

Master Bedroom

King size bed with a down duvet, sofa, private bath with roomy glassed-in shower and his and hers sinks, dressers with plenty of drawers, handy walk-in closet, and a spectacular garden view.

Guest Bedroom

King size bed with down duvet, dressers and writing table, private bath with shower and tub, decorated with fun Mexican folk art. A large curved window gives a superb garden view.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with large stove, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, and all the utensils, pots, pans and dishes you might need to cook a gourmet meal.

Living room

Elegant marble floors and lofty boveda  ceiling,  plush upholstered furniture, new gas heater with automatic safety shut-off, flat screen TV, stereo speakers with DVD/CD player, shelves of books, and  a covered patio  where you can sit even when it rains (which it seldom does).

Dining room

Part of the living room in a spacious open concept.  Dining table seats eight comfortably.  Lovely table linens.  Includes a handy desk/workspace corner.

Half Bath

Conveniently located off the dining room. 

Laundry

Fully equipped with washer, dryer and large laundry sink.

Office

Wireless internet is available in the office and throughout the property. The office, on the upper level just off the rooftop patio, contains a large desk and adjustable chair with a sofa for lounging.

Rooftop patio

Adorned with flowering plants, pots of fresh herbs for the kitchen, interesting cactus display, and even a lime tree!  The perfect place to relax in the sun, enjoy a meal outdoors, or just marvel at the views overlooking San Miguel.

Casita

A light-filled, self-contained casita that includes a queen size bed and a single bed. There is a full bath on the upper level. On the lower level,  a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, stove and dining area.

Outdoor Living Room

Beside a clear, natural spring. This is a lovely shaded place to cool off on a hot, sunny day.  

Private Parking

There is secure, off street parking for at least two vehicles.

Maid and Gardener Services

Beatriz, our maid, has been with us for twenty-two years. Her dedication to making your stay comfortable and relaxing is what sets Casa los Pirules apart from many other rental properties.  Beatriz works four hours a day, six days a week to clean and provide laundry services. Everyone adores her!

Miguel, our gardener, is the husband of Beatriz and has been with Casa los Pirules almost as long as his wife. His ready smile is guaranteed to brighten anyone's day. Miguel's gardening skills and artistic eye are evident. When you see the property you will agree that he has created one of the finest gardens in San Miguel.

We accept children over twelve years of age.
